The Rhode Island Model Legislature's (RIML) Secure Access/Access Center is made available to use by its participants for the purpose of interacting with the program. This Handbook covers the use and interaction with the [RIML Access Center](https://app.rimodellegislature.com). This guide may change from time-to-time to reflect changes in the Secure Access software and the addition of new features and capabilities. Users should return here to learn about these new features.
